C. Robert Kidder joined Chrysler Group LLC as Chairman of the Board of Directors, upon the completion of the global alliance with Fiat SpA in June 2009. In addition, Kidder is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 3Stone Advisors LLC, an investment firm that focuses on clean-tech companies.
With more than 40 years of experience, Kidder has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of both Duracell International Inc. and Borden Chemical Inc. and as director of such companies as Electronic Data Systems Corporation and General Signal Corporation.
While at Duracell, Kidder advanced through a series of leadership positions, including Vice President, Finance and Administration of Duracell Europe and President Duracell U.S.A. In 1995, he joined Borden, Inc. as CEO. In 1996, he organized Borden Capital Management Partners, an entity providing private equity investments, corporate governance functions, mergers and acquisitions expertise, and strategic partnering across the Borden Family of Companies. Later, in 2001, Borden Chemical was merged with Borden, Inc., where Kidder continued as Chairman, Borden Chemical, Inc. He retired from Borden Capital in 2003.
Prior to joining Duracell, Kidder was Vice President, Planning and Development for Dart Industries in Los Angeles. He also worked with McKinsey & Company in Chicago as a general management consultant and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps.

Kidder currently serves on the boards of directors of Morgan Stanley, Schering-Plough Corporation and Microvi Biotech Inc. He is also on the board of trustees of Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus, Ohio), President of the Wexner Center Board (Columbus, Ohio), and is chairman of the board of Trustees of Ohio University.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. He currently resides with his family in Columbus, Ohio.
Sergio Marchionne was named Chief Executive Officer of Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009.
Previously, Marchionne was appointed Chairman of Case New Holland (CNH) in April 2006 and Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Group Automobiles in February 2005. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fiat S.p.A. in June 2004 and has been a Member of the Board since May 2003.

Marchionne serves as a member of the Board of Philip Morris International Inc. and a member of the General Council of Confindustria, of Assonime, of Unione Industriale di Torino and of ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers Assocation). He is a permanent member of the Fondazione Giovanni Agnelli. Doug D. Betts was appointed Senior Vice President - Quality, Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009, with responsibility for corporate quality. In this position, Betts is establishing processes, culture, systems and a comprehensive quality organization in order to achieve the highest levels of quality in all of the company’s products and customer touch points. This includes orchestrating a company-wide effort across all departments to improve customer satisfaction.
Previously, Betts was Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Chrysler LLC since November 2007 with responsibility for improving the company’s overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Betts joined Chrysler in November 2007 with more than 21 years of quality assurance expertise gained from similar positions at Nissan and Toyota. Prior to joining Chrysler, he worked at Nissan Americas as Senior Vice President – Total Customer Satisfaction since April 2006, where he was responsible for all business activities related to satisfying customers with product or service quality in North and South America. Betts was also responsible for the launch of the Toyota Tundra full-size pickup truck, which received the highest ranking in J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Survey (IQS) the year it was launched and the following two years. Betts is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys tinkering on ’60s era muscle cars.

Reid Bigland was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer - Chrysler Canada Inc., in July 2006.

As Vice President and Treasurer, Bodden is responsible for all Chrysler Group treasury activities, including cash management processes, domestic and foreign investments, risk management, U.S. and Canadian pension funds, retiree trusts, employee managed savings, and banking and its related activities.
Previously, he was Assistant Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer, where he oversaw the management and investment strategy for Chrysler pension funds for both the U.S. and Canada.

Joseph A. ChamaSrour was appointed President and CEO of Chrysler de México effective June 2009. In his current position, he is in charge of the Mexican operations and is the corporate representative for all of the business brands in Mexico, including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® and Mitsubishi. ChamaSrour reports to Sergio Marchionne, CEO of Chrysler Group LLC.
Previously, ChamaSrour was named President and Managing Director of Chrysler México in January 2004, where he was also in charge of the company’s operations in the country and represented all of the business brands. Additionally, Chernoby leads C/D segment product development as the Vehicle Line Executive reporting to Daniel Knott, Head of Vehicle Engineering, Chrysler Group LLC.
Previously, Chernoby held the position of Vice President, Alliance Partnership Engineering. In this position, Chernoby oversaw Chrysler’s engineering programs in relation to partnerships and combined efforts with other automakers.

Fred Diaz Jr. was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer – Dodge Ram Brand, Chrysler Group LLC, in October 2009, with full profit and loss responsibility for the Dodge Ram product portfolio. Diaz is also the lead Chrysler Group executive for Sales in the United States with responsibility for sales programs, dealer operations, field operations and distribution.
Previously, Diaz was Director – Denver Business Center for Chrysler Group since February 2006. In this position, he was responsible for sales, service and field operations for the company’s Denver region.

Paolo E. Ferrero was appointed Senior Vice President – Chrysler Powertrain, Chrysler Group LLC in September 2009. In this position he is directly responsible for all powertrain activities for Chrysler Group with a focus on technology sharing with the Fiat Powertrain Technologies organization. Additionally, Ferrero provides indirect oversight of powertrain manufacturing, testing, quality and international operations while ensuring strong integration and alignment with the Chrysler Group vehicle engineering organization and other supporting functions. Ferrero joined Chrysler Group from Fiat Powertrain Technologies where he gained extensive experience in product development and powertrain. His most recent position was Vice President – Product Engineering.
He started his career in 1979 at Fiat SpA in the Abarth Racing Development division. In this role, Ferrero was responsible for the design, testing and on-field support departments of rally engines, endurance prototypes and offshore powerboat racing with the Martini race team.

Olivier Francois was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer – Chrysler Brand, Chrysler Group LLC, in October 2009, with full profit and loss responsibility for the Chrysler product portfolio. Francois joined the company from Fiat Group Automobiles, where he remains President and Chief Executive Officer – Lancia Brand. He is also the lead Chrysler Group executive for Marketing with responsibility for marketing strategies, brand development and advertising for the Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge Car and Dodge RAM brands, and holds the same responsibility at Fiat Group Automobiles.
Francois has been the lead executive for the Lancia Brand, Fiat Group Automobiles, since September 2005. To enhance the effectiveness of Fiat Group Automobiles and further strengthen synergies within the company, in January 2009, he assumed Brand Marketing Communication, responsible for coordinating above-the-line and below-the-line communication activities for all brands.

Scott R. Garberding was appointed Head of Manufacturing/World Class Manufacturing in December 2009. In this position, he is responsible for all assembly, stamping, and powertrain manufacturing operations worldwide as well as implementation of the World Class Manufacturing system at all Chrysler manufacturing facilities.
Previously, Garberding was Head of Manufacturing/World Class Manufacturing ad interim, an appointment he received in September 2009. Prior to that, Garberding was Senior Vice President – Purchasing, Chrysler Group LLC since June 2009. He also has held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, Chrysler LLC since 2008, with responsibility for all global sourcing activities worldwide.

Ralph V. Gilles was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, Dodge Car Brand, Chrysler Group LLC, October 2009, with full profit and loss responsibility for the Dodge car product portfolio. He continues to lead Product Design as Senior Vice President, a position he was named to in June 2009.
Previously, he was named Vice President – Design on Sept. 1, 2008. Gilles is extremely active inside and outside the company. He serves as the executive sponsor of the Chrysler African American Network (CAAN) in addition to playing a leading role with The Chrysler Global Diversity Council. He also serves on the boards of The Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, Mich. and The Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital Regional Medical Center in Pontiac, Mich. An avid car enthusiast who enjoys spending time at the track, go-karting and watching Formula 1 auto racing, Gilles has participated in the Targa Newfoundland Rally and the Car and Driver One Lap of America. In addition, he has frequently served as a judge at Pebble Beach, Meadow Brook and Cranbrook Concours events, along with the EyesOn Design car show.

Pietro Gorlier was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer – MOPAR Service, Parts and Customer Care, Chrysler Group LLC, in June 2009. Gorlier has full profit and loss responsibility for the Mopar product portfolio and Service & Parts operations as well as Chrysler’s Customer Service operations. He also has shared accountability with the brands, responsible for parts and services growth and delivery, and an integrated world class approach to customer support.

Peter Grady was appointed Vice President - Network Development & Fleet, Chrysler Group LLC, in June 2009. Michael J. Keegan was appointed Senior Vice President – Supply Chain Management, Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009. Previously, Knott served as Head of Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Line Executive – A/B Segment since June 2009. In that role, he had full responsibility for all current vehicles and execution of future car, minivan, Jeep®, truck and SRT vehicle programs, along with vehicle development analysis and validation.
Prior to that position, Knott held the positions of Vice President – Car/Minivan/SRT Product Team and Vice President – Jeep Product Team for Chrysler LLC. In these positions, Knott oversaw all planning, engineering, development and launch management activities.

Scott Kunselman was named Senior Vice President - Engineering in June 2009. He has responsibility for all systems and component engineering, vehicle line platform programs, international engineering, advance vehicle development and innovation, powertrain product engineering, product technical planning and regulatory affairs. He also oversees vehicle testing, validation and all product development processes in support of a world class product development factory.
Previously, he held the position of Vice President - Jeep®/Truck Product Team since December 2008. In this position, Kunselman oversaw the development of Jeep vehicles and Dodge trucks, including commercial vehicle applications for the United States and global markets.

Holly E. Leese was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009. She is responsible for worldwide Chrysler Group LLC legal functions including corporate governance, commercial and corporate transactions, product litigation, dealer and trade relations, environmental affairs and intellectual property. Prior to being named to her current position, Leese held the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, Chrysler LLC.

Barbara J. Pilarski was named Vice President - Business Development for Chrysler Group LLC on June 9, 2009. In this role, she is responsible for negotiating key strategic partnership arrangements for Chrysler Group globally and for managing alliance relationships. Previous to her current position, Pilarski served as Executive Director - Mergers and Acquisitions, North and South America, Chrysler LLC. Joseph Veltri was appointed Vice President of Product Planning, Chrysler Group LLC, in October 2009, with responsibility for the company’s current and future product planning.
Previously, he held the position of Product Planning Lead and Head of Truck/SUV Product Planning since July, 2009. In this position, Veltri was responsible for ensuring continuity across brands for all product requirements, engineering capabilities, business case and voice of the customer development. In addition to all current and future truck and SUV product planning. Veltri was directly responsible for Chrysler Group LLC truck and sport-utility vehicles, including Dodge Dakota, Ram 1500, Ram Heavy Duty 2500/3500, Ram Chassis Cab, Nitro, Sprinter, Jeep® Commander, Grand Cherokee, Liberty, Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited.

Veltri earned a master’s degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University (1991) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University (1980). Veltri is a Certified Public Accountant and enjoys golf and running in his spare time.

Stephen L. Williams was appointed Head of Advance Engineering, Planning and Regulatory Affairs, Chrysler Group LLC on March 4, 2010. In this role, Williams continues his responsibility for all advance engineering and assumes the company’s regulatory and planning activities. He reports to Scott G Kunselman, Senior Vice President of Engineering.
In his previous position, Williams was Head of Innovation and Pre-program Concepts. In this position, he was responsible for advance engineering, innovation, features planning, Global Electric Motors (GEM), design for six sigma and cost and methods planning.
Since joining Chrysler Corporation in 1990 as a Product Design & Development Engineer, Williams has made use of his experience in safety systems and overall vehicle development. Significant elements of his professional background include:
Williams is responsible for two U.S. patents in automotive engineering. A true car guy, Williams takes vehicle restoration and classic cars very seriously. He spends free time with family and enjoys outdoor activities.
Williams holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University (1996) and a master’s degree in business administration from Wayne State University (1992). His studies began with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University (1986).
